At Moonstone And Sage Ltd, we want you to feel confident and comfortable when shopping with us. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds in line with UK consumer law.

Returns for Physical Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The original jewellery tag must still be attached to the ring

👉 Returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed

You must contact us at info@moonstone-and-sage.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item which may include a prepaid returns label which will be deducted from your refund along with the original cost of shipping your order. 

We strongly recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exclusions

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items returned without the original tag attached
  • Custom or personalised items, unless they arrive faulty or damaged

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different ring size, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Returned with the original tag still attached
  • Items must be returned to us before the replacement size is dispatched

Holiday Returns Extension

For orders placed between 1st December and 21st December, we offer an extended returns period until 15th January of the following year, allowing for stress-free Christmas gifting.
